A disappointing set of CD’s with compression on many tracks and the first 24 tracks in MONO when stereo masters exist for 90% of these. A big shame as the packaging and booklet is superb with great notes by Charles Alexander and famous stars and fans.
No apparent special versions or alternate mixes not previously available. Just ‘East Meets West’ with the Beach Boys (previously on CD in ‘The Golden Collection’ Beach Boys bootleg).
